This is a great elegant syrah in the Rhone style that sings with great berry fruit, has a little chocolate mint and cherry with a little pepper, it has a nice intensity, great balance, and nice friendly tannins.

Pair this wine with almost any food you would drink a premium red wine with. Try it with a good steak, rack of lamb, or a well-seasoned pasta dish. But do not overlook just sipping this wine with friends you want to impress.

This wine is ready to bottle but we believe that it will only improve with a few more months in oak, it will be ready to drink but will only improve with proper cellaring for a couple of years.

A big juicy Petite Sirah with bold dark fruit in the mid palate with just the right amount of black licorice finishes with a long lingering mocha.

This wine pairs with big flavorful dishes such a lamp, duck, or wild game but sips so well you don’t have to have food with it but try it with a nice brie cheese.

Our newest dessert wine is a late harvest Petite Sirah. It has wonderful deep rich black cherry and black currant flavors with a hint of mocha and a long lingering finish.
