This Grand Trios is a Bordeaux style wine that is made up of 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cab Franc, and 68% Estate Merlot. A complex wine with layers of flavor, well balanced, nice structure, great entry, nice middle, lingering finish, great from beginning to end and then some. This is a lighter more elegant blend than our previous Grand Trios.

Pair this wine with almost any food you would drink a premium red wine with. Try it with a good steak, rack of lamb, or a well-seasoned pasta dish. But do not overlook just sipping this wine with friends you want to impress.

Pair this wine with almost any food you would drink a premium red wine with. Try it with a good steak, rack of lamb, or a well-seasoned pasta dish. But do not overlook just sipping this wine with friends you want to impress.

A Bordeaux blend (or meritage style if you prefer) made up of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Merlot. A complex wine with layers of flavor, well balanced, nice structure, great entry, big middle, lingering finish, great from beginning to end and then some. An experienced winemaker of 20 years and an international winemaking consultant and sometimes wine judge was so impressed with this wine he would only take time between sips to say “yummy, just simply yummy”.

Pair this wine with almost any food you would drink a premium red wine with. Try it with a good steak, rack of lamb, or a well-seasoned pasta dish. But do not overlook just sipping this wine with friends you want to impress.

This wine is ready to drink but will only improve with proper cellaring for a couple of years.
